Do you own a product listed on our site and are having trouble configuring it? With this service, you can book one of our technicians for a remote intervention (by telephone and/or via remote control).

How do I schedule a call-out with one of our technicians/engineers?

Nothing could be simpler: the service is listed in our online shop. All you have to do is add it to your basket and pay for it. Once you've done so, you'll receive a link by email. This link will allow you to access our technicians' calendar and choose a time slot that suits you. The booking system will also send you a link to a screen-sharing session. We'll then be able to assist you efficiently and securely.
