Z-Pi 7 is a daughter board designed to be installed directly on the Raspberry Pi microcomputer. It was designed to enable software developers to bring custom automation solutions to market without having to co-develop unique hardware in addition to their software. Once connected to a Raspberry, it exposes developers to the full Z-Wave API, including the 700 Z-Wave series.

Compatible with the Raspberry Pi and Raspberry Pi Zero, the Z-Pi 7 physically connects to the Raspberry's GPIO port. Its small footprint means it can be packed into any Raspberry case to offer a seamless all-in-one gateway.
