Overview
The Aqara W500 thermostat (reference UT-A01D) is a revolutionary intelligent wall-mounted device designed specifically to control underfloor heating systems. This next-generation thermostat incorporates unique Thread/Zigbee dual-protocol technology, offering native compatibility with Matter, Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa ecosystems without the need for an additional hub in Thread mode.
With its maximum output power of 16A/3600W, this smart thermostat supports both electric floor heating systems and hydraulic systems with 230V 2-wire actuators. Its 55×73mm backlit LCD display offers an intuitive user interface, while its compact design (101×101×55mm) fits perfectly into standard 86mm European wall-mounted housings.
The W500 stands out for its advanced energy-saving features, including automatic open-window detection, intelligent local programming (up to 7 periods per day over 7 days), and real-time energy monitoring. Its integrated safety system protects against overheating and overloading, and provides automatic frost protection.
