Stainless Steel Food Probe – 1 m – NTC Sensor
This food-grade temperature probe is designed for precise measurements in culinary, food monitoring, or home automation applications. Made of stainless steel, it features an integrated NTC sensor and a 1-meter (~3 feet) cable, offering excellent heat resistance and fast, reliable readings.
It is ideal for measuring the core temperature of food, monitoring cooking, or being integrated into a home automation system compatible with ESPHome / Home Assistant.
Important Information
The food probe is designed to withstand temperatures up to 350°C. However, to ensure reliable measurements, it has been tested in an oven up to about 200°C (400°F), the recommended limit for use.
The probe contains an internal resistance, and its accuracy is optimal around 93°C (200°F). The further the measured temperature deviates from this value, the more the accuracy decreases. This is why its use is recommended up to 204°C (400°F).
