Communicate with your visitors or open the door for them via your smartphone, from anywhere in the world.

The connected video doorbell allows you to see in real time who's ringing your doorbell, even if you're not at home. Connected to your Internet box, it can be installed in place of a traditional doorbell, allowing visual verification of the visitor's identity.

When a visitor rings the doorbell, you'll receive a push notification or call on your indoor Akuvox console, smartphone or tablet, alerting you to the presence of a person. You'll be able to see who the visitor is in wide-angle HD, as well as talk to them. The door phone can also be used at night, thanks to its night vision.

Akuvox door entry systems are SIP and ONVIF compatible. This means you can retrieve the video stream from your SIP phones or video recorder, for example.

The R20A is a compact one-button intercom. This model provides secure access control, making it ideal for single-family homes, business premises, and medical and legal offices.

This model includes an RFID badge reader and an NFC reader for controlling the opening of an electric strike or lock from RFID cards or badges, or from an NFC-compatible phone (Android).

The RFID badge reader or NFC reader is coupled to one of the relays fitted to this intercom. This enables it to control any type of electronic impulse opening. The relay is bidirectional and bistable.

The IP connection lets you stay connected 24/7 with the images transmitted by your video door entry system.

The 720p camera delivers high-definition video so you can see who's arriving at your front door directly from your smartphone (iOS or Android compatible) or tablet.

Built-in infrared LEDs provide quality night vision in all circumstances.

Interact with visitors remotely

The two-way audio link lets you talk live to your visitor.

The video doorkeeper features several relays that you can activate remotely from your Smartphone, for example to open a garage door or electric strike.

As the video door entry system includes an RFID reader, it's possible to distribute RFID badges or cards among the various users authorized to access the site, whether a business or a private home.

The cards or badges can be set up via theAkuvox web interface to assign individual time slots and action plans to each user.

For example, badge 1 gives access to the site from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., and opens the gate. Badge 2 allows access from 9am to 6pm, and opens the gate and door.

SIP compatible

Akuvox doorphones and screens are truly SIP-compatible. You can configure your Akuvox equipment to make SIP calls, using your SIP account for example. This enables your door phone to call a landline or mobile phone, for example.

Cloud access and subscription

Akuvox products can be used with or without cloud access. Access to theAkuvox cloud is via the SmartPlus smartphone app. It enables you, for example, to receive video calls, activate relays, generate temporary access QR codes, consult visit history, trigger photo-taking, etc.

If you buy a video doorkeeper and a screen from us at the same time, we'll give you the cloud for life. Unlike the license you could buy on our site, the version we offer does not include the possibility of making fixed-line calls.

If you don't want a screen, you can choose to buy a cloud license for one year, or you can buy a lifetime cloud license.

These licenses are valid for one residence/family, up to a total of 4 cloud users. Beyond 4 users, a subscription of CHF 2 per month will be required for each additional user (for the 5th, 6th etc.).
