Placing an order with Swiss-Domotique entitles you to loyalty points. Loyalty points are added to your customer account as soon as an order is confirmed (shipped or delivered status).

Once the order has been shipped, these points can be converted into a voucher to be used on a future order. There is no minimum requirement to convert rewards into a discount voucher.

The voucher is valid for 12 months. This period cannot be extended under any circumstances.

If an order is modified or canceled, the loyalty points or the value of the voucher will be reevaluated accordingly. If the voucher has already been used, the unduly received discount must be refunded.

Loyalty points are only available for orders placed via our online store.

If the value of the voucher exceeds the total value of the order, the remaining balance is forfeited.

The loyalty and referral program may be suspended or modified at any time by Swiss-Domotique (SDDS Sàrl). We reserve the right to cancel rewards in the event of abuse or fraud.

This program does not apply to schools with discounts.
